## Do I need a MIDI keyboard?

No. Touch mode works on any phone or tablet. MIDI gives the best feedback and is supported on desktop Chrome/Edge and Android Chrome. iOS uses Touch mode by default.

## Which devices and browsers are supported?

Keyloro is mobile-first and works on iPhone, iPad, Android, and desktop. For MIDI, we recommend Chrome or Edge on desktop and Android.

## How fast can I start a session?

In under a minute. No app download required. Open the site, choose a drill, and start playing.

## What is included in the free plan?

Free includes Levels 1-10, 10 starter songs, basic practice tools, and 5 AI coach messages per day.

## Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard and keep access through the end of your billing period.

## How does Keyloro handle practice data?
