By accessing or using Keyloro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings or via the Creem Customer Portal. All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and payment-related customer service.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@keyloro.app within 14 days of purchase. We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software remain the property of Keyloro and its licensors.
